The outcomes of the review process will be announced on the conference website, and authors will also be notified via email by the “Review Decision Notifications” date.
Final Submission:
Authors of accepted submissions will be required to prepare and submit the final version of their papers through EDAS. The final manuscript should reflect the reviewers’ feedback but remain substantially similar to the original submission. Final versions must be uploaded by the “Final Submission and Author Registration” deadline.
Please note: Abstracts accepted for presentation will be included in the conference proceedings only if at least one of the authors completes registration by the deadline.
