We, the Chairman of the Board of Bright Minds Academy, are honored to invite you to participate in the conference, which features both local and international participation. This initiative aims to enhance communication, build bridges of cooperation, and exchange expertise in this field across the public and private sectors, operating companies, various work sectors, and academic and scientific institutions. It also seeks to foster a spirit of national development that benefits employees and companies alike.
The conference will be held on 19–20 November 2025, over two days, starting at 9:00 AM, at Bristol Hotel – Jabal Amman, 5th Circle.

Conference Objectives and Themes
The conference, in its third annual edition in 2025, will discuss the following themes.
- The role of artificial intelligence in developing the banking sector, granting this sector a distinguished and exemplary position financially, operationally, and in customer service.
- Applied mathematical models for artificial intelligence problems, including models used in big data analysis in the oil and energy sector, and mathematical models for optimizing air transportation systems.
- Artificial intelligence technologies for providing and improving sustainable energy, in addition to their applications in the oil and gas sector to reduce waste and increase efficiency, as well as in water resource management to achieve sustainability.
- Applications of artificial intelligence in sustainable agriculture and improving crop productivity, with a focus on integration with smart water resource management to address the challenges of water scarcity.
- Developing artificial intelligence projects through human–robot collaboration to achieve sustainable innovation, highlighting examples from vital industries such as aviation and the oil industry to accelerate innovation and ensure operational safety.
- Machine learning technologies for proactive cyber defense in military operations, in addition to enhancing cybersecurity in sensitive sectors such as aviation and control systems for energy and water infrastructure.
- Advancements in artificial intelligence to enhance healthcare and support sustainable health, as well as its use in smart education to improve the quality of learning, knowledge management in academic institutions, and the training of medical personnel.
With high-level international and regional participation, and noting that the impactful research papers will be published in globally indexed databases such as Scopus and Clarivate Analytics, with high impact factors in the following journals:

- Electronic journal of applied statistical Analysis (Scopus)
This conference is considered an important event and a model to be followed for cooperation among all sectors involved in the development of artificial intelligence technologies. Call For papers
The RAIDS 2025 conference will be held in 19th-20th November 2025 in Amman, Jordan. RAIDS 2025 has been organized in cooperation with Local and international sponsors.
The Conference will bring together the top researchers worldwide to exchange their research results and address open issues in Artificial Intelligence and applied mathematics. All papers must be written in English and will be reviewed by the technical committees of the Conference. All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in Scopus. RAISD 2025 Conference
“The submission and review processes for the RAISD Conference will be carried out entirely online through us, as outlined below.
Submission Requirements
Researchers wishing to participate in the conference are required to first register on the website and submit their research abstract or attendance request via email.
For publication in the Electronic Journal of Applied Statistical Analysis (EJASA) (indexed in Scopus)
Researchers wishing to publish in the Electronic Journal of Applied Statistical Analysis (EJASA) (indexed in Scopus) are required to first register in the EJASA system and use it to submit their research abstract or attendance request.
After the abstract is accepted, they will be invited to present their research at the conference, and they will also receive a recommendation to submit the full paper to the special issue of EJASA.
“All participants have the right to publish their research in this journal for free, if they wish.”
For publication in the journal Algorithms (published by MDPI, classified as Q1)
Researchers who wish to publish their work in the journal Algorithms are advised to submit the full research paper—after the abstract is accepted—through the journal’s online system, adhering to the official MDPI LaTeX template.
The publication cost for this journal is 1,400 Jordanian dinars, in addition to subscription fees.

Review Process
All submitted abstracts and research papers will undergo a scientific peer-review process through the journals’ systems, where specialized experts selected by the conference’s technical committee will review the submissions.
The results of the review process will be announced on the conference website, and researchers will also be notified by email on the ‘Review Decision Notifications’ date.
(Final Submission):
Authors whose papers are accepted will be required to prepare and submit the final version of their research through the designated journal for publication.
The final version must reflect the reviewers’ comments while preserving the core content of the research without significant changes.
The final version must be uploaded before the deadline specified in the ‘Final Submission and Author Registration’ section.
Note:
Accepted abstracts will not be included in the Conference Proceedings unless at least one author completes the registration before the specified deadline.
